SPECIALTY COUNCILS
Council on SAGE
The Council on Shaping Advancements in Generational Environments (SAGE) provides the education and networking tools needed to ensure success in building for and serving the senior market. The council is a collective voice for decision-makers involved in the development and approval of senior housing and senior-oriented businesses.
Customer Service Builders Council (CSBC)
The Customer Service Builders Council (CSBC) provides a forum where customer service professionals can network and share ideas on new technologies and innovation, improvements in quality and service, and educational resources.
Greater Sales & Marketing Council (GSMC)
The Greater Sales & Marketing Council’s mission is to deliver greater rewards, benefits, and return to its members throughout Southern California by providing a forum for membership, education, networking, recognition, sponsorship, and mentoring.
Union Contractors Council (UCC)
The Union Contractors Council (UCC) is composed of union general contractors and subcontractors who share the common concerns of advancing union construction and addressing critical industry issues that impact union contractors.

GET INVOLVED
Getting involved with BIASC strengthens the entire industry, and also provides you with opportunities to develop new business relationships, skills, and increase your understanding of the issues facing our industry. In addition to our regional councils, BIASC Coachella Valley provides many other opportunities to get involved!
General Membership Meetings
BIASC Coachella regularly hosts chapter Membership Meetings. Membership meetings provide members the ability to network while working collaboratively with fellow members on ways to enhance membership for current and prospective members.
Special Events
BIASC Coachella hosts several key events annually that are excellent networking opportunities, such as the Golf Tournament each summer and the Installation and Awards event in November.
Committees
Committees help plan and support several key aspects of the chapter’s work. They are also an ideal way to introduce you to people from a wide range of companies involved in the building industry.
Government Affairs
This committee tracks and influences the policies of city and county governments related to home building. The BIASC Coachella Government Affairs Committee is focused on the cities throughout the Coachella Valley and beyond.
PAC
BIASC Coachella’s Political Action Committee makes contributions to candidates who understand the need for housing in our region and who are working to meet demand.
Partnership Program
The BIASC Coachella Partnership Program provides exposure for a company member seeking to align itself with the Chapter. A portion of the sponsorship is dedicated to your attendance at Chapter events.
